I don't believe in restrictive eating, nor do I equate simply being skinny with good health. I'm a New Yorker and know it's very difficult to live in this town as a purist. I want you to enjoy your life, find pleasure in cooking and dining out, and joy in exercising.
For many years I was a restrictive Vegan that exercised twice a day but you would never know it by looking at me! I just worked hard rather than smart when it came to being fit. Once I uncovered what I was doing wrong I lost 20 pounds, developed muscles I never knew I had and felt more energetic than I ever could have imagined. For the past 15 years I have applied the same principles to my life and feel grateful to be in the shape I've always dreamed of without it being a burden or stressful. I can clearly help you to uncover the mistakes that are holding you back from making progress (because I've made them myself)!
